James Logiste is an enthusiastic and determined economist and strategic planner committed to guiding rigorous and culturally sensitive program evaluations in the education, economic development, food security, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), health, and nutrition fields. James obtained two master’s degrees: one in public policy planning and management and the other in economics-management. With over 15 years of experience in applied quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, he has established himself as an authority on directing program evaluations in a variety of contexts, developing logic models and theories of change, designing databases and instruments for data collection, conducting advanced statistical analyses, and composing reports and presentations for a variety of audiences. As an independent consultant and through JL Consulting, James has provided his expertise to almost all major NGOs and international organizations, solidifying his position as a trusted partner in delivering impactful solutions and insights for complex global challenges.
